Application
Whether fitting out a unit for the first time or retrofitting an existing installation – the extremely compact SONIC DIGITAL stand-alone generators are ideally suited for cleaning and surface treatment applications where space is at a premium. With digital frequency generation and control, absolutely constant power output and their interval function, SONIC DIGITAL LC generators set new standards in the power range up to 2,000 Watt.
 
The premium equipment with encoder, LED output and status display as well as LCD multifunction display with detailed text display ensures simple and reliable operation. The service unit or removable front control panel with multifunction display which is available as an option for the Basic version has two menu items. In the main menu you can set the on/off, output and timer functions. The password-protected menu item “Start-up” allows you to change set parameters quickly and easily without measuring devices and also to perform maintenance. An RS 232 interface is also available if you wish to operate the generators from your PC.

Operational reliability  
SONIC DIGITAL LC generators are equipped with various innovative protective functions for maximum operational reliability. These include the intelligent cooling system:
The temperature of the heat sink is continuously monitored. If the temperature exceeds a defined value, sensors start the integrated fan. If necessary, this cooling reduces the air flow significantly and thereby also the soiling of the module. At the same time a constant operating temperature of the system is ensured, which also increases the service life of the components. There is also standard protection against short-circuit, no-load operation and overload. When using ultrasonic transducers of the SONOPUSH^®series, SONIC DIGITAL LC generators detect the risk of dry running and reduce the output automatically. Advantage: 100% dry run protection.
